For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on gu777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. This includes, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth and your country of residence. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
Before any withdrawal may be processed, and at any other point the Operator deems necessary, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address dated within the past three months, and where required, documentation relating to your source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
Each individual may hold only one Account on gu777. The opening of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all but the original Account, forfeit any bonus funds, and in cases of suspected fraud, close all associated Accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication codes with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for other players, accepting wagers on behalf of others, or using the Platform in connection with any business activity.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion with reasonable notice. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the processing times and limits published in the cashier. Before any withdrawal is processed you must have completed KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.
Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Where amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs), these are indicative only and actual transaction values are subject to the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. The Operator is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate movements.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that appears to involve a third-party payment source. All transactions must be funded from accounts or instruments registered solely in the Account holder's name. Funds received from third-party sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by gu777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly in each promotion. Bets placed on certain game types or with certain stake levels may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, to wagering requirements — full contribution tables are published in each offer's terms.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a User has abused the bonus system, including by exploiting low-edge or zero-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements, opening multiple Accounts to receive the same bonus more than once, or engaging in any other behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
gu777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while actively being used by a User, the Operator will endeavour to honour reasonable completion of wagering requirements already in progress, at its discretion.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and may not be cancelled or modified by the User, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature and you elect to use it within the permitted window.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or system malfunctions — gu777 reserves the right to void any bet affected by such an error, regardless of whether it has already been settled. Users will be notified of voided bets and any funds deducted from winnings will be returned to the Account balance.
For markets on Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and T20 series and other cricket events, specific market rules — including rules on rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations, abandonment and reduced-over games — are published in the sports betting rules section of the Help Centre. Users are encouraged to review these rules before placing bets on cricket markets.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by live dealing conducted under the supervision of the game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games are available in the game information panels. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the published house edge.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of gu777, except as necessary to use the Platform in the ordinary course for its intended purpose.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gu777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if gu777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gu777 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and by placing any wager you acknowledge and accept the risk of losing the staked amount. gu777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority or a court order. In the event of Account closure for cause, the Operator reserves the right to retain any Account balance pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Requests for Account closure for responsible gambling reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed as a priority.
Upon termination of your Account, all licences and rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gu777 holds its applicable operating licence. Users acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of their country of residence.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
gu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and where practicable by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
